For what end was all this done?
Answer
All this was done, that God might be honoured in thus forgiving, humbling, renewing, making holy, and happy for ever such naughty ones as we are (Romans 5:20; Titus 2:11-12, 14; Ephesians 1:3-4, 6-7, 12).
